Rules for GoBike Group 📢

Immediate Ban listed below:

  1. No group/channel links/sales.
  2. No selling and listing of items except admins.
  3. No advertising of other sites or sellers.
  4. No bullying/harassment of other members.

If you would like to post anything in the group, please ask the admin for advice. The admin will assess this on a case-by-case basis.

If you are found to be abusing or misusing the rules, GoBike has full discretion to ban the User(s).

The ban may last as long as GoBike sees fit.

We do not tolerate any kind of abuse towards our drivers. If in an event such a case, we will not hesitate to make a police report and subsequently ban you from any future rides indefinitely.

Our drivers do not provide unit-to-unit services for your bicycle. Kindly meet them at the void deck when passing them your bicycle or receiving it.

Terms and Conditions 📰

  1. The Customer agrees that these Terms and Conditions shall apply when the Customer contacts GoBike through the GoBot Chatbot or otherwise to book and/or utilise its Bicycle Transportation Services/Advice Buddy/Bike Buddy.
  2. The Customer shall pay the amount as stated by GoBike in full either before, during or after the ride in addition to any fee or levy now or thereafter imposed by the law or regulation (except to the extent prohibited by law).
  3. For any no-show or cancellation of confirmed booking by Customer, GoBike reserves the right to charge the Customer a cancellation fee for the affected booking.
  4. The Customer may choose to pay for his/her fares via Paynow/Paylah to 94290915 and/or other approved payment methods, where applicable.
